We hope you are happy with your purchases from Pure Soul Aromas. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please ensure that all items are returned in perfect condition (unless they are faulty or damaged during transit). Each return will be inspected once we receive it, as we want to make sure we can sell the product again. This means that all products must have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labels. Items must not be opened or used (unless they are faulty).
If your return was part of a bundle or you received a free gift with your purchase, the entire bundle and/or the free gift must also be returned. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for only part of a bundled product., however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be returned to us in a perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit) and will be inspected once we have received the return as we would love to sell the product again. This means all products must have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labelling. Products must not have been opened and/or used (unless faulty). If your return was purchased as part of a bundle or a free gift was offered, the complete bundle and/or free gift must be returned to us. We cannot return or exchange only part of a bundle product.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your item. You will also be informed of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 working days so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Please note that we can only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
Except for faulty items, we cannot reimburse postage costs. We recommend obtaining proof of posting in case your parcel does not reach us, and where possible, please use a tracked service for your return.
