When you burn your candle for the first time, we highly recommend letting it burn for at least 2 hours and no more than 4 hours. It's crucial to keep the candle lit until the entire surface becomes liquid. Burning it for less than 1 hour can cause tunnelling, which leads to a buildup of wax around the edges and reduces the candle's overall burn time. Conversely, burning for more than 4 hours may cause the wick to tilt or shift. Properly burning the candle for the first time will ensure that it burns more slowly and evenly.
